All your water needs are more than catered for with 70 000 litres of tank water for household use, plus a small dam and spring fed creek for garden use. The rental cost includes a monthly gardener to support the ongoing maintenance of the beautiful established gardens. The tenants are responsible for maintain the lawns surrounding the house. Parking and storage needs are covered with a two-bay carport and a separate single garage to complete this very attractive package.
