To make the process as quick and simple as possible for all sellers, we’ve listed everything you need to know in the steps below.


Once the campaign has been purchased, you can choose to add a range of extras, such as auctions, professional negotiations and additional marketing material;
Login to and complete your profile, including all the relevant information regarding your property as well as the price – try and make the heading, description and features sound as appealing as possible. You can always change them later on if you need.
As an additional feature of this campaign, you can request a home value report by following the prompts within your User Dashboard;
A professional real estate photographer will contact you within 1 to 2 business days (Zone 1) and 5 business days (Zone 2) of purchasing the campaign to organise a shoot at the property. These photos are then processed, touched up by our art team and promptly sent back to you to upload;
While this takes place, we will also send you a template with instructions for creating your professional photoboard. We will generate concepts for you to review and once approved the finished product will be professionally installed (or shipped out via courier if you are outside of metro areas);
Helpful information guides will be set out via email, to help you improve the marketing campaign and generate as much interest as possible;
At this stage you will need to complete and return all compliance documents, which should have been emailed through upon purchase. These documents give us permission to list your property on third-party affiliate websites. <u>Learn more about compliance documentation;</u>
Once your listing is completed you will start receiving email enquiries and phone calls from prospective buyers;
At any stage during the sale campaign you can choose to activate your additional services, including a free 30-day feature listing on, a post on our popular Facebook page, and your 4-hour vendor advocate support session;
It will be up to you to reply to buyer enquiries, as well as organising inspections, negotiations the sale and ultimately sell your own property.
Next, you will enlist the assistance of a conveyancer, solicitor or settlement agent to help you organise the contact of sale.
Once you have accepted an offer and you have gathered the signed documents, let us know that your property is under offer and we will send you out a ‘SOLD’ and update your online listing
Once settlement occurs, we will remove your property listing from our website and organise to have your photoboard removed from the premise (if you have a core flute board you can dispose of it yourself).
