If you choose the Professional Photography Package, selling your property can be achieved by following these simple steps

Once you have purchased the package you can also choose to add a variety of extras, including going to auction, receiving help with professional negotiations or more marketing materials such as floor plans, professional brochures and ‘OPEN FOR INSPECTION’ boards.
When you’re ready, create your property listing by writing an eye-catching headline and description, updating all the key features, choosing a price and uploading your photos. This can all be updated and edited later if you wish.
You may request a home value report as part of this package by following the prompts within your User Dashboard;
You will receive a template with instructions for creating a photoboard. From this we will generate a proof for you to approve, and depending on where you are situated (metro or outside metro areas), the final version will be installed professionally or delivered via courier;
You will start receiving helpful information guides (via email) to assist with the sale process;
Complete and return your compliance documents (download from your customer dashboard), as these will give us permission to list your property on third-party websites.
Once your listing is live online you will start receiving email enquiries and phone calls from potential buyers;
You can reply directly to all enquiries, organise property inspections, negotiate the sale and ultimately sell the property when the price is right.
To complete the process, you will need to enlist the assistance of a conveyancer, solicitor or settlement agent to help you organise the contact of sale.
Once you have accepted the offer and you have gathered all the relevant signed documents, let us know that you’re ready and we will send you a ‘SOLD’ sticker and update your online advertisements.
Once settlement occurs, we will remove your online listing from public view and organise to have your photoboard removed.
