Complete the Free Property Appraisal form online or over the phone and a Support Team member will be in touch to confirm your appointment and confirm the introduction to your dedicated Real Estate Agent.
Upon completing the Property Appraisal your Agent will advise you on the best marketing campaign suited to your property, guide you on price ensuring they are fully briefed on the property features and description for the listing. You may wish to add other extra’s such as an Auction, a larger real estate board or an illuminated sign boosting the potential of selling your property.
At this point you will receive an email to process your payment via our secure payment gateway. You may be required to submit additional compliance documents if not provided at the time of meeting your Agent, our Customer Support Team will advise you. Once payment is confirmed, you will be contacted by a Professional Real Estate Photographer within 1 to 2 business days (Zone 1) and 5 business days (Zone 2) to organise a shoot at your property. These photos are processed, touched up and promptly uploaded to your listing.
While this takes place, we organise your photographic sign board, compiling concepts for you to review and once approved it will be professionally installed.
Your Real Estate Agent is now ready to schedule Open-For-Inspections and will work on a schedule which is convenient and effective in selling your property as soon as possible - giving you feedback every step of the way.
