Self-Taken Photos (12 Photos) – Our system gives you flexibility to upload a maximum of 12 of your own photos. Once you have uploaded them, you can simply re-order, delete or add new photos at any stage.
Professional Photography – Once you have purchased a campaign with Professional Photography, a professional real estate photographer will contact you within 3-4 business days (Zone 1) and 5 business days (Zone 2) to organise a photoshoot of your property. A professional photographer will capture your property so that its features are portrayed in its most flattering light. These photos are then processed, touched up by our art team and promptly sent back to you. You can then select and upload 12 photos to the online dashboard. Professional photography is available during the hours of 9am and 5pm weekdays. Photography requested outside of those hours may incur an additional fee.
Basic Campaign – A 600 x 900mm Corflute For Sale Board is a great way to receive additional exposure at your property. Once purchased, the board will be sent out via courier within 5 business days. It’s lightweight and can be attached to any fence or placed within a street facing window.
Professional Campaign – A 1200 x 900mm For Sale board combined with an online ad on major property portals, is the most effective way to generate interest in your property. In metro areas your board will be printed on a metal stock board and professionally installed within 3-4 business days. Zone 2 areas will receive a core-flute board (industrial waterproof plastic), which will be delivered via courier within 5 business days for easy self-installation.
Ultimate Exposure Campaign – Capture the eyes of your potential buyers as they pass by your property on the street. This 1800 x 1200mm photographic board offers a sneak peak to prospective inquirers, which will leave them wanting to know more. You will select three stunning home photos and submit a captivating description to include on your For Sale board for all to see. In Zone 1 delivery areas (as defined by our supplier), our For Sale boards are strong metal boards and are professionally installed at the front of your property within 3 business days. Once your property has been sold, we will remove your board upon settlement (Zone 1 only). If you are located outside of Zone 1, your board will be printed on core-flute (industrial waterproof plastic) and sent out via courier within 5 business days for easy self-installation.

When your property is advertised on our partner Property Portals, there will be a buyMyplace mobile number posted in the ‘Contact Agent’ section, which is connected to an automated system. Potential buyers that call the mobile number are prompted to input your unique Phone Enquiry ID (which we automatically include within your property description). Our state of the art automated system will confirm the property address, then immediately provide them with your name and contact details via text message. If the potential buyer is calling from a landline, they will be asked to enter their mobile number to receive your details. In the rare case that the potential buyer does not have access to a mobile number, the call will automatically be forwarded to our support team, who will help by providing your contact details. Self Printed Brochures – buyMyplace gives you the option to produce a high quality A4 brochure directly from the buyMyplace website. Print off 100 right at home and use them to your advantage at your Open Inspections and private viewings.
Professionally Printed Brochures – Our high quality A5 brochures are printed in colour on 150GSM paper. Brochures are visually-appealing and highlight key features of your property, including 3 photos, a personalised description and, most importantly, a method for interested buyers to get in contact. After completing a template and selecting your photos, we will generate a digital proof for you to review. Once approved, we will print and deliver your brochures to you via courier within 5 business days.
