Self-Taken Photos (12 Photos)
Our system will allow you to upload 12 of your own photos. Once you have uploaded them you can simply re-order, delete or add new photos at any stage.
(The Advanced Marketing & Ultimate Package) Once you have purchased a package with Professional Photography, a professional real estate photographer will contact you within 1 to 2 business days (Zone 1) and 5 business days (Zone 2) to organise a photoshoot of your property. These photos are then processed, touched up by our art team and promptly sent back to you for you to choose and upload to the online dashboard. Professional photography is included in the price of the The Professional Photography Package and The Complete Package packages during the hours of 9am and 5pm weekdays. Photography requested outside of those hours may incur an additional fee.
Corflute For Sale Board (2X3 ft or 600X900mm)
A Corflute For Sale Board is a easy way to market your property. Made of industrial waterproof plastic, this board will be couriered to you within 5 business days for self-installation
For Sale Board – (3 x 4 Foot / 120 x 90cms)
A for sale board combined with an online ad on major property portals is the most effective way to generate interest in your property.
In Zone 1 delivery areas (as defined by our supplier), our For Sale boards are strong metal boards and are come professionally installed at the front of your property within 3 business days. Once your property has been sold, we will remove your board upon settlement.
If you are located outside of Zone 1, your board will be printed on Corflute(industrial waterproof plastic) and sent out via courier within 5 business days for easy self-installation.
Photographic For Sale Board – (6 x 4 Foot / 180 x 120cms)
You will be provided with a template to complete with your property details, and will select up to 3 photos to include. Once completed & returned, your board will be printed and professionally installed.
If you are located outside of Zone 1, your board will be printed on corflute (industrial waterproof plastic) and sent out via courier within 5 business days for self-installation.

Name & Number on Board
The easiest way to capture all of your drive by traffic is to include your name and phone number on your for sale board. If you don’t want to display your name, during the sign up process we give you an option to choose ‘Contact Owner on 0400 000 000’. Boards outside of the metro area are designed with a place for you to write your contact details.
We have our very own in house professional copywriter who can make your property shine. She will liaise with you throughout the process, and after seeing your photo’s and discussing with you what you love about your place, she will draft copy for your online listing, and your For Sale Board (Photo board package and above). After you have approved the copy, you can upload it directly into your listing through your customer dashboard.
