Selling Privately: Explained • 30 November 2021 •

In which zone is my property located?

At buymyplace, some of the services we offer differ based on where your property is located.

What is the difference between ‘Zone 1’ and ‘Zone 2’ properties, you ask?

As Buymyplace is a national company, we have partnered with a national supplier to ensure our vendors receive the same quality marketing materials across Australia. Our supplier geographically differentiates our properties by ‘Zone’ to effectively operate their delivery service.

Generally, Zone 1 properties are located in metro areas and Zone 2 properties are located in regional areas. However, this guideline may not always apply.

To those interested in our rental campaigns, please note property zone does not impact products available.

With regards to our ‘For Sale’ campaigns, the main difference between Zone 1 and Zone 2 properties is the material and delivery method of the signboard. For clarification on these differences, please refer to the table below.
