I can understand why some people would find the process a little daunting but after having gone through it with buyMyplace you wouldn’t have any trouble. The reality is that the buyers who dealt direct with me were genuine and not just time wasters. They preferred to deal with the owner. I actually received offers after the property was sold as well. The paper work was straight forward but I would recommend that sellers used their own settlement agent to assist them (or the buyers settlement agent).

Some good news. We have sold my house through your web site. This is how it all unfolded. The For Sale sign arrived and was installed on the Saturday morning. One hour after the sign was erected there was an auction of a similar house three doors from my house. It sold for $360,000 way under the valuation price. We had a enquiry from one of the parties that attended that auction ,which was a mortgagee in possession scenario.
They came to inspect our house two days later followed by another visit a week later. They made a formal offer of $390,000 which we accepted plus we saved approximately $12,000 in agents commission. The contracts were exchanged today. The settlement date is only for three weeks which suits us fine as we are moving into a brand new home on the 24th June. If you are considering selling your place I highly recommend using this website. The listing process was so easy, with step-by-step instructions, anyone can do it. Our house was on the market for some time with a real estate agent and we didn’t seem to have much luck. We then heard about buyMyplace and figured what have we got to lose.
